Information tables are a great way to reach out to the community about your event or cause. The tables are located on the main floor of the Campus Center, adjacent to the Campus Store. Additionally, there are two outdoor tables that are available in good weather. The outside tables must be signed out and returned to the Information Desk.
To reserve an information table call Student Programs at x2478 or stop into our office, Blanchard 327. To ensure equitable access to limited resources, there is a 5 consecutive day limit on each reservation, and it may not be possible for a single student organization or department to reserve several items (a table and an easel, for example) for the same stretch of days.
All Campus Center reservations must be sponsored by a MHC registered student organization or department.
